A premium coat is one of the few purchases that gets better with use. Looked after, a wool or cashmere coat from us should be part of your wardrobe for a decade or more — not a season or two.

Four decades in the trade has taught us that longevity comes from three things: the right materials, considered construction, and a small amount of customer care. We choose fabrics that age beautifully, work with makers who know how to finish a garment properly, and we're happy to advise on storage, cleaning, and the occasional repair.

Looking after your coat

• Hang on a wide wooden hanger between wears to preserve the shoulder line.
• Brush off surface dirt with a soft clothes brush.
• Spot-clean small marks; only dry-clean when truly needed (over-cleaning damages wool fibres).
