A Flat shipping fee of $10 is charged for Australian orders below $100

All ordered are shipped within one business day of ordering. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, paddingtoncoats.com.au cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

All order outside Australia will be charged at $30.00. 

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love what you ordered!
You can exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with tags attached to the garment within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be sent along with a pre-paid shipping bag so we can send the exchanged item back.
